This is a striking set of wins—a very big surprise, big upset. Some very extreme views from these candidates that voters were able to get their heads around. But this is a very unique electorate. The DSA's ambition is that this could translate to other big cities, but I don't think anyone expects this to translate to typical suburban districts where most Americans live.
There will be a very vocal, far-left contingent in Congress as a result, but it's only so far for the entire party.
