I think there's a very cogent case for much lower interest rates. I've been arguing even back in the summer months of last year, that the neutral rate is probably closer to two rather than 3%, and that as the balance sheet comes down, we lose that stimulus from the balance sheet, and we need to get rates back toward a more neutral place.
