The bond vigilantes are basically people that try to drive yields higher. So last week we had a less than ideal treasury refinancing and yields did meander higher. Now since that refinancing is over yields are coming back down but not as low as they were you know a month ago. Bond vigilantes actively pushing yields up in Japan, Britain, France due to fiscal/monetary issues; yields rose recently and remain elevated.
